Business Function

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the implementation and optimization of talent acquisition technology systems, including applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and other HR tech solutions
• Analyze talent acquisition data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
• Manage the internship program, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of interns, as well as developing and executing engaging campus recruitment initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the candidate experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, policies, and procedures
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with talent acquisition technology and systems, and the ability to drive their implementation and optimization
• Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to enhancing the candidate experience
