WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB:

The Analyst / Sr Analyst, Sales Support is part of the AAdvantage Business Sales Organization. This role is responsible for supporting acquisition efforts across the AAdvantage Business sales team, improving data accuracy, streamlining operations, enabling smarter decision-making and supporting increased acquisition rates of new customers to the AAdvantage Business platform. The position focuses on leveraging data, automation, and AI tools to drive process optimization and innovation across commercial functions.

  • Leverage third-party data sources (e.g. business directories, industry reports, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to build lists of high-potential corporate prospects
  • Enrich CRM data with relevant firmographic details (e.g., company size, industry, HQ location) and travel-related attributes to support segmentation and prioritization
  • Implement data hygiene processes to regularly identify and resolve duplicates, outdated records, and missing fields for prospects
  • Audit and maintain the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of prospect records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and enforce data entry standards and best practices
  • Support the development of automated workflows and alerts that surface high-potential leads and trigger timely follow-ups
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure CRM data aligns with evolving go-to-market strategies and account targeting models
  • Support reporting efforts focused on pipeline management and sales team performance as needed


ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM data management, business analytics, or a similar field


Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

  • Master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, or data-driven marketing roles
  • Prior experience in the airline, travel, or transportation industry


Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:

  • Proficiency in

    Excel and

    SQL for data querying, cleansing, and analysis
  • Experience with CRM platforms

    (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and data enrichment tools
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies for process improvement
  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively across technical and business teams
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional global stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with automated workflows, alerts, and CRM integrations is a plus
