Function Description:

  • Marketing Campaigns are critical drivers of American Express strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers. Marketing teams across international need best in class tools and processes to enable flawless and timely delivery of their campaigns to unlock the value for our customers and prospects. The International List solution team is responsible for supporting campaign targeting, execution, delivery and fulfillment processes.

About The Team

  • The team supports various International marketing teams in enabling their bespoke/non-automated campaigns leveraging Big data tools (Hive/Python/PySpark) and platforms like E-Intelligence & GCP (Google Cloud ). Team will also be responsible for Process efficiency, Platform Migration & Process transformation.
 
  • Responsibilities:

o    Operations management: Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality day to day operational requirements, while driving process transformation
o   Understanding the use case requirements and coding the data pull logic using Big data technologies & perform robust QC to ensure logic design and build meet the defined business requirements.  o    Delivering all the projects within the defined timelines and with complete accuracy.o    May undertake regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.o    Drive End-to-End product capabilities & Transform MVPs to production grade capabilities.o   Collaborate with numerous teams like Marketing, Privacy, Tech, DevOps, Ops Risk, Risk to drive results. 
  • Requirements

o  2+ years of total work experience is required, with experience working with product/automation/development teams in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
o   Experience in Project Management & Stakeholder Management will be a plus.o  Strong customer focus and results oriented attitude.o  Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related disciplineo  Hands on Skills: SQL, Hive, Python, GCP( Google Cloud platform), Githubo  Experience of working in Agile Methodology & Migration Framework is a plus.We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
