Job Description

1. SAP HR / SAP HCM Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee master data in SAP (PA/OM modules).
  • Manage HR workflows including onboarding, exits, transfers, and payroll-related data updates.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in SAP related to attendance, leave, compensation, and personnel actions.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate SAP HR reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism, payroll inputs).
  • Coordinate with IT/SAP team to resolve system issues or enhancement requests.
  • Support HR processes such as performance management, training, and recruitment using SAP modules.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR records and follow data governance standards.

2. Power BI Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive dashboards and HR analytics reports using Power BI.
  • Collect and clean HR data from SAP and other sources for reporting.
  • Build KPI dashboards for headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, and employee engagement.
  • Automate recurring HR reports and reduce manual work using Power BI.
  • Perform data modelling, DAX calculations, and visualization best practices.
  • Share dashboards with leadership and ensure user access/security.
  • Provide insights to management through trends and predictive analytics.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.

3. General HR Analyst Responsibilities

  • Support HR business partners with data-driven decision making.
  • Track HR metrics (HC, FTE, turnover, recruitment funnel, training hours, etc.).
  • Conduct monthly HR MIS reporting for management.
  • Assist with budget planning for manpower, productivity, and compensation.
  • Prepare presentations, charts, and reports for HR leadership meetings.
  • Ensure statutory and audit compliance through accurate HR data maintenance.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, payroll, training, and operations teams.
  • Participate in HR automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

4. Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency along with SAP & Power BI skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
