Responsibilities:

Financial Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.

Budgeting:

• Collaborating with departments to prepare annual operating budgets and tracking performance against targets.

Variance Analysis:

• Monitoring budget variances and providing proactive analysis to identify areas of concern or improvement.

Financial Analysis:

Conducting in-depth financial analysis of KPIs, trends, and business drivers.

Reporting:

• Generating reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Financial Modeling:

• Developing and using financial models to support strategic initiatives.

Data Analysis:

• Gathering, analyzing, and consolidating financial data from various sources.

Ad-hoc Analysis:

• Providing ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support business decisions.

Collaboration:

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and marketing, to gather information and provide financial support.

Communication:

• Presenting financial reports and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Financial Acumen:

  A strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial ratios.

• Data Analysis:

  Proficiency in data analysis, including the use of spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools.

• Financial Modeling:

  Experience with building and using financial models.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate with others.

• Software Proficiency:

  Proficiency in relevant financial planning and analysis software, such as Anaplan or Oracle Cloud.(Optional)

• Strategic Thinking:

  Ability to think strategically and contribute to strategic planning.
• Working experience on various AI driven systems

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, CFA/CMA/MBA ,CA and working with CA or Law firm added advantage

• Experience:

  5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
