Job Description
Your Team
You will be part of the EMEA Events Team within the broader EMEA Marketing organization. This team collaborates closely with other marketing functions—such as Segment and Country marketing, Brand, Content, Data & Insights, Digital Experience, External Communications, and Growth & Engagement—to deliver on segment needs and support the overall EMEA marketing strategy.
Your Role
As Administrator, Events, EMEA, based in Hyderabad, you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Events team. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality administrative, logistical, and operational assistance across a wide range of event activities. This behind-the-scenes support is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of events that serve Invesco’s diverse client base, including digital platforms, financial advisors, discretionary clients, pension funds, and insurers.
The Experience You Bring

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within events, hospitality, or a corporate setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.

Familiarity with Aprimo is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good standard of mathematics, with the ability to manage budgets and interpret numerical data.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Comfortable working across time zones and with remote teams.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, legal, finance, and brand/design.
Academic requirements

A good academic foundation with a strong command of English (written and verbal).

Solid understanding of mathematics to support budget tracking and data interpretation.

Formal education in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or a related field would be beneficial but not mandatory.
