Job Description

Relationship Manager - Corporate Brokers - Insurance - Bangalore

Location -

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven professional with 38 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the general insurance sector. This role involves managing and growing corporate relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless servicing of assigned accounts.

Your Future Employer -

Responsibilities -

Build and nurture relationships with direct corporates and corporate brokers
Serve as the Key Relationship Manager for assigned partners and clients
Maintain and grow existing accounts while creating a database of potential clients
Drive business through relationship-based selling and meet/exceed sales targets
Handle sales and servicing responsibilities, ensuring excellent client experience
Retain and grow assigned business portfolio
Coordinate client interactions and manage monthly closure processes and reporting

Requirements -

38 years of experience in Relationship Management/Key Account Management within BFSI, preferably General Insurance
Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate servicing
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Proactive, self-driven approach with strong relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and client analysis
