Job Title: Drone Data Reporting Specialist Department: Services Job Location: Pune, India Job Overview: We are looking for a Drone Data Reporting Specialist to help create detailed reports based on drone inspections/surveillance. You will work with drone data to identify any issues or risks, ensure all inspections follow the rules, and provide clear reports to internal teams or clients. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Review and analyze the data from drone inspections (images, videos, thermal, etc.). Ensure all data is accurate and correctly interpreted. Report Creation: Prepare detailed inspection reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations. Ensure the reports meet client and internal needs. Collaboration: Work with drone pilots and other team members to verify and clarify inspection findings. Discuss report details with clients or project managers as needed. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all inspection reports and related data. Store data properly as per company policy. Quality Check: Review reports for accuracy and completeness. Suggest improvements in the inspection or reporting process when needed. Skills: Proficiency in English language Strong report writing and data analysis skills. Good attention to detail. Job Description: Business Development Manager Location: Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-time Department: Business Development About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in the drone services and manufacturing sector , with a strong emphasis on government and public sector clients . The BDM will manage business opportunities, handle tenders, build strategic relationships, and ensure successful contract execution with defense, PSU, and government agencies. Key Responsibilities Government Business Development Identify and pursue opportunities in government departments, PSUs, defense, and paramilitary sectors . Manage tendering, bidding, RFPs, EOIs, and GeM portal submissions end-to-end. Build and maintain strong networks with government stakeholders, procurement officials, and industry bodies. Market Development & Strategy Track upcoming government projects, schemes, and policy developments related to drones. Develop winning proposals, presentations, and compliance documents. Support leadership in long-term business expansion strategies. Client & Stakeholder Management Ensure effective client engagement, contract execution, and after-sales support. Foster long-term relationships leading to repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Collaboration & Reporting Coordinate with Manufacturing, Product Development, and Services teams to align offerings with government requirements. Share client insights for product innovation and compliance readiness. Prepare business development reports, bid updates, and revenue forecasts for management. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, GeM portal, defense contracting, and PSU sales . Proven ability in B2G/B2B business development, tender management, and negotiations . Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and proposal-writing skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel locally and PAN India for client meetings, tenders, and business development activities. Qualifications & Experience Engineering Graduate coupled with an MBA degree – minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Engineering Graduate without MBA – minimum 5+ years of commercial sales/business development experience (preferably in government/defense/aerospace sectors).
