Good proficiency in written and verbal English. Good knowledge of MS Office Word / Excel / Power-Point / Outlook etc.

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow our insurance business through channel partners. You will be responsible for driving sales, onboarding new partners, maintaining relationships, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners including brokers, agents, banks (bancassurance), and other intermediaries. Identify and onboard new partners to expand distribution reach. Drive insurance product sales (life, health, general, etc.) through assigned channel(s). Deliver regular training and support to partners on products, compliance, and sales techniques. Monitor channel performance and provide regular reports to management. Ensure alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and marketing for smooth operations. Design and execute incentive plans to boost partner productivity. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in channel sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution models (Agency, Bancassurance, Broking, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel as required to manage partner relationships.
