Product & Process Enablement
Provide brokers with product training, sales tools, and process support to enhance their effectiveness and improve customer experience.
Market Development & Expansion
Identify new business opportunities through broker networks, expand market reach, and support brokers in tapping into emerging customer segments.
Compliance & Performance Monitoring
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, while tracking broker performance through regular reviews and reporting.
Graduation must
1-4 years of work experience in general insurance industry sales function.
