Amazon Account Manager (Immediate Start)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Amazon account manager to drive sales, marketing, negotiation, and operations across the key retail platform. This role demands managing multiple functions, including strategy development, pricing analysis, competitor monitoring, catalog management, purchase order processing, fulfillment oversight, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

High-Level Strategy

• Navigate and implement effective sales, marketing, and annual negotiation strategies, ensuring strong performance across retail platforms.
• Lead market pricing analysis for top SKUs, including MSRP, costs, fees, and shipping, to assess profitability and identify potential loss-making items or product suppressions.

Competitor Landscape

• Monitor and report on competitors using advanced tools and proprietary insights.
• Analyze comparative data such as review counts, prices, and organic sales ranks.
• Deliver monthly updates and strategic recommendations to uncover growth opportunities.

Retailer Guidance & Reporting

• Provide expert recommendations based on brand management experience across platforms.
• Share key performance metrics (Sales, Lost Featured Offer, Out-of-Stock, Gross Volume).
• Present actionable insights and industry findings monthly.

Operations & Catalog Management

• Oversee weekly reviews of suppressions, out-of-stock products, and items with extended lead times for top-selling products.
• Proactively resolve listing issues to maintain catalog health.

Purchase Order Processing Support

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve purchase order challenges.
• Advise on best practices to optimize purchase order flow.

Direct Fulfillment Management

• Guide direct fulfillment program usage, improving lead times in coordination with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon Service Level Agreements and analyze fulfillment metrics regularly.

Consumer Engagement

• Monitor customer reviews weekly, focusing on negative feedback.
• Initiate automated notifications for prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in e-commerce strategy, operations, or retail account management.
• Expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and other major retail platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market and competitor analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
