Position Overview

E-Commerce Associate (Wayfair Support)


Key Responsibilities

Catalog Management & Product Uploads

  • Upload and manage new product listings on Wayfair.com
  • Monitor catalog regularly to identify unavailable, duplicate, or incorrectly listed products
  • Ensure product information, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up to date


Competitive Analysis & Pricing

  • Perform

    price comparisons

    and track competitor activity within relevant categories
  • Identify gaps, pricing discrepancies, and opportunities to optimize product positioning


Operational Support & Issue Resolution

  • Handle Wayfair

    support tickets

    , ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve catalog and operational challenges quickly


Continuous Improvement & Growth

  • Take ownership of assigned processes while staying flexible to support new initiatives
  • Proactively suggest improvements for catalog health, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as business needs expand


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience

    in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or marketplace support (experience with Wayfair Partner Home is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly spot and correct errors
  • Proficiency with

    Excel/Google Sheets

    for managing and analyzing product data
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    (both written & verbal) to collaborate effectively with a global team
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
