• Manage and grow the client base, with a primary focus on high-value individual clients.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, client servicing, negotiations, and 

closures.

• Curate and maintain a segmented client database through referrals, networks, and external 

platforms.

• Conduct targeted outreach (calls, emails, events, social channels) to build a strong pipeline.

• Act as the first point of contact for prospects, delivering luxury-standard engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, leadership) to ensure seamless 

onboarding and service delivery.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with developers, partners, and external stakeholders.

• Track sales data, pipeline status, and market trends, and share insights for business growth.


Required Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Business Development (preferably in 

Real Estate, Luxury Sales, or Hospitality).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence.

• Demonstrated success in data-driven outreach and lead nurturing.

• Comfortable handling leads from both internal sources and cold databases.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets within timelines
