AM - Influencer Partnerships

As the Assistant Marketing Manager - Influencer Partnership, you will be responsible for scaling Rupeezy's mutual fund distribution business by leveraging influencer partnerships, creating marketing collateral, and executing online/offline events. This is a critical role with ownership over marketing execution, funnel performance, and brand amplification. Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly content and business plans with influencers to drive brand engagement and AUM growth. Optimize funnel metrics from views, clicks, and leads to clients' investments. Analyze influencer performance, commercial terms, and competitive benchmarks. Recommend content strategy including topics, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and hashtags. Review influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance. Track YouTube analytics and suggest data-driven improvements. Handle influencer payments and invoice approvals. Lead targeting and conversion strategies for onboarding new influencers. Design and distribute promotional material, including in-app banners, brochures, posters, and digital assets. Develop product demo and feature videos for the partner app. Coordinate logistics, vendors, and participants for offline and online events. Drive event attendance through pre-event marketing campaigns. Oversee event execution, including scheduling and guest engagement. Capture and organize lead data to support business development. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing and campaign management. Strong grasp of content creation, video production, and design best practices. Experience in lead funnel management and performance optimization. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities. Creative thinker with a bias for action and comfort with experimentation. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field.
