Job Description

Summary:
An All Rounder Chef is versatile in multiple culinary disciplines, supporting menu preparation, managing different kitchen stations, and ensuring consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hot and cold dishes, appetizers, main courses, and desserts across various cuisines.
  • Rotate between kitchen stations including grill, sauté, cold kitchen, and bakery as needed.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen inventory control.
  • Supervise junior cooks and kitchen helpers as required.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace.

Employer Requirements:

  • Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in multiple kitchen sections or food styles.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new cooking techniques quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
