Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing a wide variety of dishes across multiple cuisines as per restaurant standards.
  • Must be skilled in Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Goan cuisine preparation.
  • Handle all kitchen sections including starters, mains, and desserts as required.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
  • Supervise kitchen helpers and ensure smooth coordination during service hours.
  • Manage stock, assist in daily inventory checks, and inform management of any shortages.
  • Capable of working independently and handling busy kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
  • Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive attitude in the kitchen.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
