Job Description

Job Summary:
The All-Rounder Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of cuisines, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Continental, etc.).
Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation.
Manage inventory and assist in food cost control.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience as a chef or cook in multi-cuisine kitchens.
Strong knowledge of food ingredients, preparation, and plating.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
Creative, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
