Analytics - AI/ML - Data Management Lineage

Experience - 4-8 years

Location - Hyderabad/ Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

Analytics

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using tools like

  Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Splunk

  .
• Write complex queries and perform advanced data analysis using

  SQL, Python, and SAS

  .
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to discover patterns, insights, and support business decision-making.
• Optimize and automate analytics processes for performance and scalability.

AI/ML

• Design and implement machine learning models for various business use cases.
• Work with

  Natural Language Generation (NLG) tools

  to produce narrative analytics and automated insights.
• Integrate

  data aggregation tools

  for feature engineering and preparing datasets for AI/ML use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy models into production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and recommend innovative solutions.

Data Management & Data Lineage

• Implement and manage data lineage solutions across enterprise data platforms.
• Configure and maintain

  Data Governance tools

  such as

  Collibra, Informatica EDC, Manta, ASG, Solidatus, Linkurio, and Ab Initio

  .
• Integrate data lineage tools with modern data platforms including

  Hadoop

  and cloud-based data lakes.
• Develop metadata and lineage mappings to ensure transparency and traceability of data flows.
• Support data governance initiatives, helping define and enforce data standards, policies, and stewardship practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data lineage, metadata, and data quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience working in analytics, AI/ML, and data management roles.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in

  SQL, SAS, Python

  for data analysis and transformation.
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as

  Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Splunk

  .
• Working knowledge of

  NLG tools

  and data aggregation tools.
• Hands-on experience with data governance and lineage tools such as

  Collibra, Informatica EDC, Manta, ASG, Solidatus, Linkurio, Ab Initio

  .
• Understanding of big data platforms like

  Hadoop

  and their integration with lineage tools.
• Experience designing and managing metadata repositories and lineage diagrams.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in data governance tools like Collibra or Informatica EDC.
• Experience integrating lineage tools with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data quality frameworks and data stewardship processes.
• Exposure to advanced AI/ML techniques and model deployment pipelines.
