Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and innovative AI Lead to join our IT services company. Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy Development

  : Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the AI strategy in alignment with business goals and client needs.

• Project Leadership

  : Lead AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.

• Solution Design

  : Design and develop AI algorithms and models tailored to meet specific business challenges and enhance service offerings.

• Data Management

  : Oversee data collection, pre-processing, and analysis to ensure the availability of high-quality data for AI applications.

• Team Leadership

  : Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  : Work closely with other departments, including IT services, product development, and client management, to integrate AI solutions into existing processes and offerings.

• Client Engagement

  : Engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how AI solutions can drive value and improve outcomes.

• Market Research

  : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to inform project direction and strategy.

• Performance Monitoring

Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience

  :

  8+ years of experience

  in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of leading AI projects in an IT services or technology environment.

• Technical Proficiency

  : Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Programming Skills

  : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.

• Project Management

  : Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.

• Communication Skills

  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with data engineering and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
