Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled AI Executive to design, implement, and manage automation systems using AI, APIs, and workflow tools. This role focuses on building intelligent automations, chatbots, and communication flows across platforms like n8n, WhatsApp, Telegram, and CRMs, while also supporting AI website development and digital enablement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Process Automation & Integration (Core Focus)

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier for seamless data transfer between tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, WhatsApp, and email.

• Design and deploy WhatsApp and Telegram bots for lead generation, customer support, and workflow automation (using Twilio, Gupshup, 360Dialog, or Botpress).

• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and AI services (ChatGPT, Gemini, Relevance AI, etc.) to create autonomous agents that execute business tasks and send real-time updates.

• Automate document generation, reminders, and reporting systems using Google Apps Script, Sheets, and dashboards.

• Build internal automations for HR, client onboarding, and compliance processes through chatbots or automated message flows.

B. Conversational AI & Chatbot Development

• Develop AI chatbots and voice assistants using OpenAI GPTs, Relevance AI, Voiceflow, or Botpress.

• Create and manage custom knowledge bases for internal functions (e.g., compliance FAQs, client support, HR helpdesk).

• Build AI agents capable of reading structured data, generating insights, and responding contextually to user queries.

C. AI Video & Voice Tools

• Use HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or Runway ML to create professional AI-generated explainer videos, tutorials, or client communication materials.
• Combine voice, video, and text automation to build interactive communication workflows.

D. AI Websites & Digital Systems (Support Function)

• Support the creation of AI-powered websites or dashboards using tools like Durable, Framer AI, or 10Web.
• Integrate lead capture systems and chatbot flows into websites for better automation and conversion tracking.

Key Skills & Tools

• Automation Platforms: n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Airtable Automations
• Messaging & Bot Tools: WhatsApp API, Telegram Bots, Twilio, Gupshup, 360Dialog
• AI & LLM Tools: OpenAI GPTs, Relevance AI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain
• AI Video & Voice Tools: HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway ML
• Integration Tools: Webhooks, REST APIs, JSON, Google Apps Script
• Bonus Skills: UI/UX understanding, Canva/Figma familiarity, CRM integrations (HubSpot/Zoho), or light Python coding

Preferred Background

• Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent practical experience in automation.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, AI integrations, or chatbot systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment managing multiple client systems.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 30k to 40k and depends Interview
