Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and confident Compliance Executive to join our Labour Law Compliance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over statutory labour laws and excellent communication skills, as the role involves regular interaction with clients for audits, compliance reviews, and advisory services. Key Responsibilities: Ensure end-to-end compliance under EPF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, Factory Act, CLRA, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, etc. Guide and assist clients in registration, filing of returns, preparation of challans, and maintaining statutory records as per applicable labour laws. Conduct compliance audits and prepare necessary reports for clients. Visit client locations for providing guidance on statutory compliance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
