Role Overview:

The AI & Automation Architect will be the central nervous system of our agency's operational and creative workflows. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an end-to-end AI ecosystem that automates and enhances processes for our social media and performance marketing teams. You will be a hands-on leader, connecting diverse AI tools and platforms to create seamless, efficient, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Implementation:

• Design and build a comprehensive AI and automation infrastructure to support all agency functions, from creative ideation to campaign reporting.
• Integrate various AI tools (e.g., image/video generators like Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly) with ad management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and reporting dashboards.
• Utilize automation platforms (like Zapier or Make) to create complex, multi-step workflows that automate repetitive tasks.

• Creative & Content Automation:

• Develop and implement AI-powered workflows for creative teams to generate ad creative ideas, ad copy, video scripts, and image variations at scale.
• Set up systems that can automatically A/B test different creative elements and provide real-time performance feedback to the creative team.

• Performance Marketing Automation:

• Build AI-driven systems to automate campaign optimization tasks, including bid adjustments, audience targeting, and budget allocation across Google and Meta.
• Develop predictive models to forecast campaign performance and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Data & Reporting Automation:

• Create automated reporting systems that pull data from various ad platforms and analytics tools into centralized, easy-to-digest dashboards.
• Use AI to analyze performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for client reports and internal strategy meetings.

• Training & Management:

• Train and mentor our team members on how to effectively use the AI systems and tools you've implemented.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and market trends to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing automation or AI-focused role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

• Deep expertise in

  automation platforms

  such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Invideo AI).
• Solid understanding of and experience with

  Google and Meta Ads platforms

  , including their API capabilities for data integration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
