As an AI & Automation Architect at Per4mance Guru, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing an end-to-end AI ecosystem that enhances operational and creative workflows for our social media and performance marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include creating a comprehensive AI and automation infrastructure, developing AI-powered workflows for creative and content generation, automating performance marketing tasks, implementing data and reporting automation systems, and training team members on effectively utilizing AI tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build a comprehensive AI and automation infrastructure to support all agency functions. - Integrate various AI tools with ad management platforms and reporting dashboards. - Utilize automation platforms to create complex workflows that automate repetitive tasks. - Develop AI-powered workflows for creative teams to generate ad creative ideas, ad copy, and video scripts at scale. - Set up systems for A/B testing creative elements and providing real-time performance feedback. - Build AI-driven systems to automate campaign optimization tasks across Google and Meta. - Create automated reporting systems that pull data from various ad platforms into centralized dashboards. - Train and mentor team members on effectively using AI systems and tools. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a marketing automation or AI-focused role, preferably in a digital marketing agency. - Deep expertise in automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar. - Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools. - Strong understanding of Google and Meta Ads platforms and their API capabilities. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets. - Familiarity with data visualization tools. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Passion for efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.,
