  • Data Collection & Reporting:

Maintain and analyze records of trials, weather, soil, crop performance, and farmer feedback. Prepare reports, presentations, and case studies for internal and public dissemination.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with local institutions, ICAR–affiliated KVKs, government bodies, input suppliers, and research institutions to build a strong ecosystem of innovation and support.

Ensure introduced methods align with sustainable agriculture goals, natural farming initiatives, and local regulations. Promote environmentally responsible practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in agronomy, extension services, agricultural research, especially Banana, Turmeric, Paddy, and Maize, or project implementation in the Indian context, preferably in rural or resource-constrained settings.
  • Proven field experience in crop management, soil testing, demonstration trials, and Agri-extension.
  • Familiarity with modern tools and technologies such as precision agriculture, sensors, drone/remote sensing, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and training skills; ability to convey technical concepts to farmers and stakeholders.
