Position: AGM - Supply ChainExperience: 10-12 yearsSalary: 12 - 15 LPAGraduation: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fieldOffice time: 09:30 to 06:30 (2nd and 4th Saturday off)Job Location:AhmedabadJob Role:Vendor & Supplier Management:Develop and manage strategic relationships with international and domestic vendorsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure optimal valueMonitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with global safety standardsSupply Chain OperationsOversee domestic and factory-level supply chain activitiesCoordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments and inventory flowImplement lean inventory practices such as JIT, FIFO/FICOFactory ProcurementCollaborate with production teams to forecast and fulfill raw material needsEnsure timely procurement of packaging, components, and consumablesMonitor factory stock levels and reduce emergency purchasesProduct Development SupportSource materials and vendors for new product launchesWork closely with design and R&D teams for prototype developmentStay updated on market trends and emerging suppliersReporting & CompliancePrepare monthly and quarterly procurement reportsEnsure adherence to company policies, import/export regulations, and sustainability goalsMaintain accurate records in ERP systemsSpecifications:Experience in procurement/supply chain roles, preferably in D2C or FMCGStrong negotiation and vendor developmentSkillsPassion for baby products, innovation, and consumer-centric thinking.Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentationERP proficiencyCertifications like CPSM, CIPS, or Six Sigma are a plusIf interested kindly share your updated resume with details of your present salary, expectations & notice period.
