  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve booking, revenue generation targets for assigned residential & Commercial projects.
  • Drive site visits, customer meetings, negotiations and deal closures; ensure high conversion from lead to booking.
  • Generate business through channel partners, brokers, property consultants and corporate tie ups; identify, empanel and nurture productive relationships.
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales executives; set targets, monitor performance and conduct regular reviews.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, digital leads, events and marketing activities; provide market feedback for better positioning.
  • Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and promotional schemes in Gurugram micro-markets; analyze data to recommend optimal pricing models, incentive structures, and sales schemes accordingly.
  • Ensure comprehensive and systematic documentation including application forms, allotment letters, legal agreements, and payment schedules in close coordination with the CRM team to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
  • Monitor receivables and coordinate with CRM for effective recovery of dues during pre-possession and post-possession phases, ensuring timely cash flow and minimizing defaults.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly MIS reports on lead generation, site visits, booking conversions, cancellations, inventory health, and sales funnel metrics to support strategic management decision-making.
  • Ensure strict adherence to RERA regulations, company SOPs, ethical sales standards, and all relevant statutory and governance frameworks in all sales communications and documentation.
