Develop and expand
distributor/agent network
across key international markets (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Europe).
Generate and manage
direct client relationships with EPCs, consultants, and industrial buyers
abroad.
Lead
tendering, bid preparation, techno-commercial offers, and contract negotiations
for international clients.
Identify and enter
new geographies and sectors
to expand Isotexs global footprint.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics & project execution teams for
on-time delivery and compliance with export regulations
.
Track competitor activity in export markets and implement
value-driven sales strategies
.
Represent Isotex in
international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums
.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production or MBA in International Business/Marketing.
12–15 years’ experience in
export sales of boilers, capital equipment, or industrial heating solutions
.
Proven track record of
achieving high-value international orders
.
Strong global network with
consultants, EPC contractors, agents, and key accounts
.
In-depth knowledge of
export procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively overseas.
