Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead project sales for
boilers and turnkey energy solutions
.
Drive
order booking targets
for project business (domestic & international).
Develop and maintain relationships with
consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and government/industrial clients
.
Oversee bid management, techno-commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with engineering, project execution & service teams for smooth handover of orders.
Monitor competitors (Thermax, local players) and implement
strategic pricing & value-based sales approach
.
Build & mentor a high-performing
project sales team
.
Ensure
sales pipeline visibility
and present MIS reports to top management.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production or MBA in Marketing.
1215 years’ experience in
project sales of boilers, capital equipment, or large industrial solutions
.
Proven track record of achieving
high-value order bookings
.
Strong client network with consultants, EPCs & industrial buyers.
Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
