Role of GM

The GM oversees the companys day-to-day operational functions, ensuring that manufacturing, project execution, and supply chain activities align with business goals. The GM drives efficiency, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction across all functions.

• Growth Support: Contribute to strategic decisions with the CEO and Board.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

• Lead all plant operations, engineering, procurement, and project management functions.
• Streamline interdepartmental coordination to ensure on-time and cost-effective project execution.

2. Production Oversight

• Supervise factory operations (Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Waste Heat Recovery).
• Ensure optimal utilization of capacity, manpower, and machinery.

3. Project & Site Execution

• Monitor site installations and commissioning progress.
• Resolve escalations and manage resource allocation.

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all processes comply with ISO, IBR, and safety standards.
• Enforce quality assurance and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.

5. Supply Chain Management

• Oversee vendor selection, material planning, and inventory control.
• Ensure timely procurement and cost efficiency.

6. Team Development

• Build high-performance teams through hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Coordinate with HR for workforce planning and development.

7. Strategy & Growth Support

• Contribute to strategic decisions with the CEO and Board.
• Identify opportunities for capacity expansion, automation, and process improvement.
