Job Summary AVP (Business Development – New Business B2B Sales)

Location:

AVP – B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end B2B new client acquisition (prospecting closing).
  • Conduct industry research & identify ODR use cases.
  • Run strong discovery calls and pitch tailored solutions.
  • Create outbound emails/LinkedIn outreach for CXO-level buyers.
  • Build & manage a qualified pipeline via CRM.
  • Collaborate with product & legal teams for proposals and pilots.
  • Represent the company at events and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in

    B2B/Enterprise sales

    (SaaS/Tech preferred).
  • Strong hunter profile with experience in

    new logo acquisition

  • Experience selling to mid-market/enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, research & consultative selling skills.
