Deputy General Manager (Export Implement Sales)

Role Overview:

Worldtrac brand implement sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Channel Expansion

• Identify, evaluate, and appoint new

  distributors/dealers globally

  for Worldtrac-branded implements.
• Develop markets

  outside the existing Solis and Sonalika tractor networks

  .
• Explore opportunities for

  OEM tie-ups and private label partnerships

  in new geographies.
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

2. Sales Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve annual volume and revenue targets.
• Drive business growth across regions through effective product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, distributor inventory, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

3. Product & Market Development

• Work closely with Product Management and R&D teams to ensure market-relevant implement offerings.
• Support introduction and localization of

  primary, secondary, and precision implements

  as per regional needs.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and dealer events to promote Worldtrac brand visibility.

4. After Sales Support

• Establish and monitor

  after-sales service systems

  and

  spare parts availability

  in international markets.
• Train and support distributors service teams for implement maintenance and technical issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt response and support.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Service) to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
• Maintain regular MIS reports on sales, market feedback, and competitor activities.
• Present strategic inputs to management on market development plans and expansion opportunities.
