About the Role

Agile / Project Manager

This role suits someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving problems, and can balance structured project management with agility and flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

1. Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile practices and improve Agile maturity.
  • Remove blockers, drive alignment, and ensure smooth sprint execution.

2. Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Develop project plans, manage schedules, and track progress.
  • Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

3. Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, designers, business teams, and external partners.
  • Provide clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across teams.

4. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

  • Identify project risks and actively manage mitigation plans.
  • Track issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams or business units.

5. Process Improvement & Agile Transformation

  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse delivery performance metrics to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead workflow optimisation, documentation, and standardisation efforts.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, sprint boards, and status reports.
  • Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare management summaries and insights on project performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); certification preferred (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional or tech-focused projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with software development, digital products, or transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of OKRs, Lean, SAFe, or continuous delivery practices.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI, technical architecture, or data workflows.
