Agile / Project Manager Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Define project scope, timelines, goals, and resource planning Track performance using KPIs, dashboards, and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within teams Provide guidance on Agile practices and process optimisation Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) Experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving ability and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or PMP Experience with digital transformation or software development projects Knowledge of change management techniques and Agile scaling frameworks Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management What You Will Gain Opportunity to lead high-impact projects across different business functions Work with diverse teams in a collaborative and agile environment Develop your expertise in strategic delivery and process optimisation Career path to Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or Senior Project Manager
