The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: •Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects following Agile and Scrum practices. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and product management to ensure successful project delivery. •Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. •Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and resource allocation. •Ensure transparent communication and effective collaboration between stakeholders, clients, and teams. •Track and report project progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). •Identify project roadblocks and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum. Core Skills & Requirements: •8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in Agile project management. •Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies – hands-on experience with frameworks, practices, and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). •Exceptional communication skills – adept at working with cross-cultural teams and senior stakeholders. •Proven ability in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and driving consensus. •Experience in managing distributed or cross-functional teams across multiple geographies is a plus. •Ability to operate with minimal supervision, take ownership, and deliver in high-pressure environments. Preferred Qualifications: •Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications. •Exposure to Agile delivery in domains such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Enterprise SaaS will be an added advantage. •Familiarity with Agile transformation or enterprise-level Agile coaching is a bonus.
