Agile Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the Life Sciences & Enterprise Solutions sector at Mareana, you will be an integral part of our team that is at the forefront of revolutionizing the industry with cutting-edge AI/ML-powered enterprise solutions. You will lead multiple high-visibility projects, track sprint progress, and ensure seamless delivery using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, engineering teams, and leadership, ensuring transparent communication, managing project risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance within Life Sciences & Manufacturing projects. As a Project Manager, you will also lead and mentor Agile teams, foster a collaborative culture, identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and optimize team performance through Agile best practices. You will oversee enterprise-scale software solutions, ensure smooth integration of AI-driven business intelligence solutions, and work closely with technical teams on data-driven decision-making. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, along with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software project management in Agile environments. Experience in leading large-scale software or web development projects in high-tech industries, particularly in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing software solutions, is a plus. You should also have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, strong technology and ERP experience, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
