We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to drive complex technology and data transformation programs across its global ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data platforms, and modern delivery practices, with the ability to manage large cross-functional initiatives through structured planning, scope control, active risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement. This role will support strategic modernization roadmap enhancing agility, data-driven decision-making, and platform interoperability. The candidate must be detail-oriented and willing to support occasional off-hours collaboration aligned to global delivery needs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities (Elaborated):
Agile Delivery & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data and technology transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog, refine user stories, and define acceptance criteria .
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Agile and governance frameworks.
Integrated Planning, Scope & Schedule Management
- Build, own, and maintain detailed, integrated project plans , covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and timelines.
- Proactively manage scope changes, schedule adherence, and delivery commitments , ensuring transparency and predictable execution.
- Manage cross-team dependencies across architecture, engineering, security, and business units.
Risk, Issue & Governance Management
- Own the risk and issue management lifecycle identification, impact assessment, mitigation planning, and escalation.
- Maintain project governance artifacts and support organizational stage gates, audits, and compliance checks .
- Conduct regular status reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, and steering committee updates for leadership visibility.
Architecture & Technical Alignment
- Collaborate with architects to ensure that project deliverables align with target-state architecture, data strategy, and integration patterns .
- Drive conversations that balance technical feasibility, business value, security, scalability, and budget .
- Support teams in understanding solution designs, interfaces, and data flows to reduce delivery ambiguity.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as the single point of contact for project communication bridging business, technology, and vendor partners.
- Ensure clear and structured communication through project reports, decks, roadmaps, and leadership briefs .
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders across North America, EMEA, APAC , and global delivery centers.
Quality, Compliance & Change Management
- Ensure delivery quality through Defect Triage, Acceptance Testing coordination, and Definition of Done adherence .
- Drive Change Management efforts to support adoption, training, communication, and rollout readiness in partnership with business teams.
- Support cutovers, release planning, and go-live activity including off-hours support as needed for global releases.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience (with 3+ years leading Agile projects).
- Proven experience in technology transformation, data modernization, cloud, or platform integration initiatives .
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, data ecosystems, and system integration patterns .
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills .
- Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, and vendor teams in a global model.
- Hands-on experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, burn-down charts, dashboards, and governance artifacts .
- Agile certifications ( CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP-Agile preferred ) are an advantage.
- Ability to support flexibility in work hours to align with global releases and cross-timezone collaboration .
