Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery using
Agile and Scrum
methodologies within banking or financial services environments
Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, scope, budget, and quality
Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and governance standards applicable to BFSI projects
Provide clear status reporting, documentation, and communication to senior stakeholders
Ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objective.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

12+ years
of overall project management experience
Strong experience in
Banking / Financial Services domain
(mandatory)
Proven hands-on expertise in
Agile and Scrum
delivery
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills
Experience managing large, complex, multi-team projects
Strong understanding of SDLC and project governance
Ability to lead, influence, and drive accountability across teams
