We are expanding our premium resume writing team and inviting experienced freelance resume writers to collaborate on impactful projects for our global clientele. This freelance role is ideal for writers based in India with deep experience in international resume formats, particularly for the US, UK, Europe, and Latin America.

If you have a passion for storytelling beyond templates, know how to transform a career journey into a strategic personal brand, and believe in resumes as tools of reverse marketing, where recruiters chase your clients, not the other way around then this role is built for you.

Experience

•7+ years of hands-on resume writing experience

•Proven ability to brand CXOs, VPs, Directors, and senior professionals

•Strong understanding of ATS optimization, keyword usage, formatting, and readability

•In-depth knowledge of international hiring standards across US, UK, Europe, and LATAM

•Excellent English writing skills – able to simplify complex careers into powerful, outcome-driven narratives

•Industry familiarity: IT, Finance, Consulting, Engineering, Operations, and more

•Bonus: Ability to write in French, German, Spanish, or Arabic is a strong advantage

•Professional, deadline-oriented, and committed to delivering client-first service

Align resume styles and tone to meet recruiter expectations across geographies

•Engagement-Driven Writing

 Build resumes that attract recruiters, headhunters, and hiring managers organically

•Revisions & Feedback

 Handle revisions promptly, ensuring the highest quality and relevance

•Continuous Learning

 Stay updated on hiring trends, resume formats, and recruitment standards globally

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work on high-impact assignments, crafting ATS-optimized resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and compelling cover letters for C-suite executives, senior leaders, and mid-level professionals across various industries. Your words will help clients attract job opportunities proactively, establishing them as top-tier talent in their target markets.
