As an Agile Coach in the Logistics Domain, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices to enhance team collaboration and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include: - Coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies to improve delivery times and quality. - Leading Agile transformation initiatives and supporting teams in adopting Agile principles and practices. - Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies. - Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of Agile implementations and identifying areas for improvement. - Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure well-prioritized and understood product backlogs. - Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and follow-ups. - Resolving conflicts within teams and facilitating discussions to enhance team dynamics. - Engaging with multiple teams to share best practices and lessons learned in the Agile journey. - Guiding teams in setting and achieving their goals with a focus on customer value. - Supporting the development of a lean mindset to minimize waste and enhance productivity. - Providing ongoing support and mentorship to improve team performance and motivation. - Collaborating with leadership to align Agile initiatives with organizational strategy. - Assisting in creating Agile policies and frameworks suitable for the logistics industry. - Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile coaching practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as an Agile Coach, with a focus on the logistics or supply chain domain. - Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry-specific challenges. - Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills. - Track record of leading successful Agile transformations. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and organizational leaders. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change. - Relevant certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC). - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (Master's preferred). - Experience with performance metrics and Agile tools such as JIRA and Trello. - Demonstrated ability to influence change and drive engagement. - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong stakeholder management skills.
