As an Agile Coach in the logistics domain based in India, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices to enhance team collaboration and effectiveness. Your role will involve coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies to improve delivery times and quality. You will lead Agile transformation initiatives and support teams in adopting Agile principles and practices. Your key responsibilities will include conducting workshops and training sessions to educate team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies. You will establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of Agile implementations and identify areas for improvement. Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, you will ensure that the product backlog is well prioritized and understood. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, you will conduct regular retrospectives and follow-ups to enhance team dynamics. Your role will also involve resolving conflicts within teams and facilitating discussions to improve collaboration. You will engage with multiple teams to share best practices and lessons learned in the Agile journey. Guiding teams in setting and achieving their goals with a focus on customer value, you will support the development of a lean mindset to minimize waste and enhance productivity. Providing ongoing support and mentorship, you will work towards improving team performance and motivation. Collaborating with leadership, you will align Agile initiatives with organizational strategy and assist in creating Agile policies and frameworks tailored to the logistics industry. It will be essential to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile coaching practices. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an Agile Coach, especially in the logistics or supply chain domain. You must demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry-specific challenges is required. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills are essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a track record of leading successful Agile transformations and be able to work collaboratively with teams and organizational leaders. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC) are necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (Master's preferred) is preferred. Experience with performance metrics and Agile tools like JIRA and Trello will be beneficial. You should demonstrate the ability to influence change, drive engagement, and have familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and strong stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role.,
