Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing and development teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong cold outreach sales experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
• Experience bringing in leads (Marketing, Design) - agency focussed.
• Strong experience in cold outreach sales & working for International markets (US, UK, APAC)
• Experience using Linkedin sales navigator, Salesforce etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the technology or digital services industry is a plus
• Mandatory sales experience: 5+ years
