Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Agency Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end agency operations, client relationships, and digital marketing performance. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of complete digital marketing services, along with prior experience in handling an agency environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Agency Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of the digital marketing agency.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams such as SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content, and Design.
• Monitor workflow, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project completion within deadlines.
• Develop and improve internal processes for better efficiency and productivity.

2. Client Relationship & Account Management

• Handle key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through regular communication, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Manage client onboarding, contract execution, and service renewals.

3. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Plan, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across channels
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Website & Conversion Optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

4. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage digital marketing team members.
• Assign tasks, set KPIs, and monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Resolve team issues and ensure a positive work culture.

5. Business Growth & Revenue Support

• Support business development activities by assisting in proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services.
• Help in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams for growth planning.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present campaign performance reports for clients and management.
• Track KPIs, ROI, and overall agency performance.
• Maintain proper documentation related to clients, campaigns, and internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in handling a digital marketing agency or agency-style environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing.
• Proven experience in client handling and team management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in scaling agency operations and managing multiple clients.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional digital teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
