About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and scale our affiliate and partnership channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing affiliate partners, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and driving consistent growth through performance-based partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ·      Build, manage, and scale affiliate partnerships to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

    ·      Identify and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and media partners.

    ·      Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI, etc.), and optimize for results.

    ·      Implement A/B testing strategies and creative optimization.

    ·      Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and networks.

    ·      Negotiate terms, payouts, and promotional opportunities to maximize value.

    ·      Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, tech) for smooth campaign execution.

    ·      Ensure proper tracking implementation (UTMs, postbacks, pixels).

    ·      Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

    ·      Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Impact, etc.) for measurement and attribution.

    ·      Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and comply with legal and ethical advertising standards.


    Requirements:

    ·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    ·      2–4 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (preferably in D2C, Fintech, or App marketing).

    ·      Strong understanding of CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS models.

    ·      Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like Trackier, Impact, Everflow, and HasOffers

    ·      Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

    ·      Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously.

    ·      Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.


    Preferred Skills:

    ·      Experience working with influencers, coupons, cashback, and media buying partners.

    ·      Knowledge of programmatic and native ad networks.

    ·      Understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, Appmetrica).

    ·      Strong problem-solving mindset and growth-oriented attitude.
