Role - Assistant Manager/Manager- Affiliate Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our affiliate marketing strategy. Your expertise in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and performance analysis will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement data-driven affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility.

  • Affiliate Network Expansion:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates to broaden the companys reach.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Track key performance metrics and KPIs for all affiliate campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams including digital marketing, content, product, and sales to align affiliate efforts with broader business goals.

  • Contract Management:

  • Negotiate terms, commission structures, and contractual agreements to ensure partner profitability and policy compliance.

  • Market & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the affiliate marketing space, especially those relevant to the US market.

  • Reporting:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate programs focused on the US market.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.
