Affiliate Marketing Manager

As an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager, your role will involve developing, managing, and scaling the affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners, optimizing affiliate performance, and driving growth through data-driven strategies. Your collaboration with marketing, content, and analytics teams will ensure alignment with business goals and ROI targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand reach, revenue, and profitability. - Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliate partners, networks, and influencers. - Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentives to maximize ROI and maintain partner satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reporting to leadership. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop marketing assets, promotional materials, and campaigns tailored for affiliates. - Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines, legal standards, and affiliate network policies. - Stay current on industry trends and identify new opportunities, technologies, or networks to expand the affiliate program. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management (B2C or eCommerce preferred). - Proven success in growing and managing large-scale affiliate programs. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools. - Experience with SEO, paid media, or influencer marketing is a plus.
