Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates/publishers. Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on sales, conversions, and ROI. Ensure affiliates comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical marketing standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (1–3 years) in affiliate marketing including all traffic types. Affiliate marketing manager will be given sales target. Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign optimization. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
