The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliates, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role requires a mix of creativity, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates/publishers.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on sales, conversions, and ROI.
• Ensure affiliates comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical marketing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (13 years) in affiliate marketing including all traffic types.
• Affiliate marketing manager will be given sales target.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign optimization.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
