Aronsol Inc. is looking for a passionate and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead, grow, and optimize our affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliates, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role requires a mix of creativity, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates/publishers.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on sales, conversions, and ROI.
• Ensure affiliates comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical marketing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in affiliate marketing including all traffic types. 
• Affiliate marketing manager will be given sales target. 
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign optimization.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
