Linkedin Growth Intern

We’re looking for a LinkedIn Growth Intern who lives and breathes LinkedIn. Someone who knows how to grow an account, boost reach, and turn posts into conversations. If you’ve already grown your own LinkedIn (or others’) to a solid following, this is your playground.

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn company + founder accounts.
• Create and repurpose engaging content that fits LinkedIn’s culture.
• Experiment with growth hacks (timing, formats, comments, engagement pods).
• Track analytics, optimize performance, and report growth metrics.
• Research trends, hashtags, and conversations to position us as thought leaders.

• Someone who has already grown LinkedIn accounts/followers (show us examples).
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm & content styles.
• Creative copywriting and basic design/video editing skills are a plus.
• Hustle mindset—willing to test, fail, learn, and scale.
• Students/fresh grads welcome, but experience on LinkedIn growth is a must.
