Experience

5-8 Years Experience (preferably in fintech, ecommerce, Gaming or digital-first brands).

Education-

Graduate, Post Graduate preferable

Tier 1 college preferred

New channel partnerships -

• Drive growth by building and managing

  Existing & New channel partnerships

  –

  Affiliates, Programmatic, OEM, Aggregators, Quick Comm Snapchat , amazon

  etc.
• Expand the partnerships by identifying and recruiting new affiliates, publishers, influencers, and aggregators.
• Plan, launch, and optimize

  CPA, CPL, CPS campaigns

  with partners.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, and product teams.
• Ensure all partner campaigns adhere to legal, compliance, and brand guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end channel ownership – planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Maintain strong partner relationships through weekly reports, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
• Performance first approach in driving ROI across all campaigns and optimising CAC.

• Analytical mindset

  with ability to work on CPL/CPA models, ROI optimization, and fraud detection
• Understanding of Google / Meta campaigns will be an added advantage.

Data & Performance Management

• Use analytics and funnel data to identify drop-offs, uncover insights, and unlock conversion opportunities. Able to write or use SQL queries for funnel drop metrics , identifying gaps & derive strategy for improvement.
• Monitor and optimize partner ROI and campaign performance to ensure efficiency and growth.
• Manage monthly invoicing and payments with accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.
• Utilize

  3rd-party MMP tools (e.g., AppsFlyer)

  to track channel performance across funnel events.
• Support the planning and execution of offers and promotional placements in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• AI/ML Integration (Added advantage):
• Experience in leveraging AI/ML tools for marketing automation, personalization, and data analysis will be an added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Communication & Relationship building with New Channel partnerships.
• Identifying the right partners, closing commercial deals with good negotiation skills and on-boarding partners with a complete due diligence process.
• Manage all legal and compliance-related tasks for each partner relationship.
• Daily tracking of performance numbers and analysing insights to improve performance based on ROI.
• Should be a Self - starter on initiating a task and taking it to completion.
• Monthly planning for partner wise targets and then driving it to achievement with coordination b/s both internal and external teams.
